Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

If you are excited about working for a company that takes its job seriously and does not cut corners you will have a home with Kronos.We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Management Manager to lead complex supply chain initiatives from planning through implementation.This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment to drive project execution, process improvements, and measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex supply chain projects from planning through completionDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, and implementation plansCoordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadershipDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsConduct project status meetings and communicate milestones, risks, and issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practicesAnalyze supply chain data and metrics to identify risks and optimization opportunitiesDrive projects to successful completion and measurable resultsRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in supply chain project managementProven success leading and delivering complex projectsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience working across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillmentStrong project management and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and diverse teamsProven ability to drive change and deliver measurable resultsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMaster's degree preferredExperience with project management methodologies and continuous improvementExperience working in a complex, matrixed organizationStrong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills\nCompany DescriptionKronos always provides our partners with 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
