About the role
To support a growing telehealth startup, the remote Pharmacy Partnerships Specialist will identify, qualify, and engage compounding pharmacy partners while building a robust pipeline and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies across the U.S
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and build relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers
Evaluate prospective pharmacy partners against Lumimeds' qualification criteria and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or medical/pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare business culture
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
Proficiency with Google Workspace and VoIP communication tools
Self-motivated and resilient, comfortable working toward outreach and pipeline goals
