If they are part of New Product Selection, you will place them in cabinets in the back along with their submission. All other samples need to be accounted for and stored properly.Organize by categoryThrow away any expired productsData Scraping ReportsConference RoomsTequila 1 and 2 should always be set and ready for meetings. Spec's pads, pens and water for each place setting.Maintain cleanliness in classroom and break roomSample SpreadsheetManually add sample requests to excel spreadsheetAssist accounting department/sales representatives with locating invoices whether it's for proof of delivery, credit/debit, etc.Assist guests and vendors when neededMaintain Tastings Inbox, answering all questions or directing them as needed. Tastings inbox needs to be maintained throughout the daySchedule Tastings as received, research whether they are to schedule with P10 or Specs. Scheduling needs to be maintained and worked as quickly as possible as they are time sensitiveCompliance Reporting, maintain tracking and send notifications to agencies as needed.Work closely with P10, answer questions, help navigate Hopper, etc.Work with stores to resolve issues with scheduling/BA's, product issues. Etc.Hopper Tasting Administration – notify of new stores, help analyze technical issues, assist stores when needed. Notify and work with Empact and IT to resolve issues or request changes for HopperAnswer calls regarding tastings from stores, agencies, etc.Assist with any other tasks given when neededQualificationsQualifying Skills:Strong communications skills, able to correspond professionally by email and phoneProficient in problem-solving abilities and able to work independently.Punctual, strong time management and multitasking skills, ability to complete common daily tasks unsupervised.Calm under pressure with a strong can-do attitude.Experience:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Customer Service experienceMust have at least 5 years of administrative office experience
