Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy programs for patients initiated bythe Physical Therapist
- Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, provide physical therapy servicesaccording to established treatment plans.
- Adapt Care: Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plansdynamically as conditions change with the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
- Build Rapport: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that builds long-term trustand engagement.
- Collaborate: Participate actively in a supportive team environment to share insights andoptimize clinic workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure:
Current New York State (NYS) Physical Therapist Assistant license in goodstanding.
Experience:
All experience levels welcome. New graduates are strongly encouraged toapply!
Physical Capability: Ability to safely handle the physical workload inherent to clinicalphysical therapy assistant.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability toconnect with patients.
Problem Solving: Strong independent thinking and clinical reasoning capabilities.
