About the role

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) seeks a Plant Operator for New Lexington, OH to operate and maintain a Landfill Gas to RNG facility. You’ll work with the Plant Manager on routine and non-routine tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while embracing a strong team environment. The role requires 1–5 years of plant experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn SOPs and site procedures. 12-hour shifts and travel to other plants may be required.
