About the role
Workday PSA LeadAs the Workday PSA Lead, you'll play a strategic role in the delivery of complex Workday Financials and Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions. You'll serve as a senior functional consultant, guiding enterprise clients through implementations, mentoring internal teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday PSA solutions
- Serve as the primary advisor to clients, shaping solutions that align with business needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
- Mentor consultants and support internal capability building across PSA and Financials
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope, estimate, and support new engagements
- Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, and community involvement
- Manage utilization and resource planning across consulting and AMSEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to SLAs and commercial targets
- Travel as needed to support delivery or client workshops
Required Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Workday PSA, with hands-on configuration and implementation experience
- Strong consulting background, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to manage risk, scope, and project expectations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Active involvement in the Workday ecosystem and a passion for continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, Workday Financials)
- Experience managing teams or developing service offerings
- Track record of mentoring junior consultants and supporting career growth
- People Leadership: Set performance goals and conduct regular feedback reviews
- Oversee resource allocation, utilization planning, and participate in recruitment efforts
