About the role
Leading the charge in a high-growth environment, the remote VP of Sales, Americas will own new business and expansion revenue across North America's Strategic, Enterprise, and Corporate segments, while developing go-to-market strategies and managing a multi-level sales organization.
Key responsibilities:
Own Americas new business and expansion revenue across Strategic, Enterprise, and Corporate segments
Set go-to-market strategy across segmentation, territories, coverage, capacity, hiring, and resources
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Directors, Managers, and Account Executives while establishing rigorous operating rhythms for pipeline management
Required qualifications:
12+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, including 7+ years in sales leadership
Proven success in scaling North America go-to-market strategies and sales organizations in high-growth technology companies
Experience leading Strategic, Enterprise, and Corporate sales motions
Track record of delivering new business and expansion through complex sales cycles
Expertise in pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales methodology
