Social Media Manager & Content Creator About Buffalo Roam Outfitters Buffalo Roam Outfitters develops engineered workwear and apparel for businesses, retailers, and everyday customers. We’re looking for a creative, organized person who can bring our products and brand to life through compelling content and consistent social media execution.
Position Overview: The Social Media Manager & Content Creator owns BRO’s day-to-day social media presence and content production. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning, shooting, editing, publishing, and evaluating content that builds brand awareness, strengthens customer engagement, and supports sales.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, events, and company priorities. Create photography, short-form video, graphics, captions, and other content for BRO’s social channels. Capture products in use through employee, customer, retailer, and creator stories. Manage daily publishing, comments, and direct messages; route customer issues to the appropriate team. Coordinate shoots, including locations, participants, products, and schedules. Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to turn business priorities into useful content. Manage Trailblazer program and coordinate content deliverables with Trailblazers, influencers, and brand partners. Produce creative assets for paid advertising, email, and the website as needed. Organize content files and maintain a reusable asset library. Report on content performance and use results to improve future work.
Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to create strong social media content; a portfolio or examples of previous work are required. Proficiency in photography, video capture, and editing. Strong writing skills and attention to brand voice. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and execute projects independently. Comfort working both behind and in front of the camera. Familiarity with social media analytics and platform publishing tools. Experience with apparel, outdoor, workwear, or consumer brands is preferred.

Improved engagement, qualified website traffic, and measurable support for sales. Reliable delivery of creative assets for launches and campaigns.
