Position Overview:
Seiler Consulting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with a strong background in custom luxury residential construction to support execution of a flagship ultra-luxury estate in Miami.
This role is designed for a candidate who:
- Has seen multiple ground-up projects through full lifecycle delivery
- Understands the complexity of high-end residential construction
- Is ready to operate in an ownership-side leadership environment
You will work directly with senior leadership, including the Project Executive, acting as a key contributor in coordinating one of the most technically demanding residential builds in the market.
