About the role

Supporting the accounting processes for acquisitions and divestitures, the full-time remote CPA Licensed M&A Accounting Manager will manage deal accounting, coordinate execution of accounting work plans, and assist with acquisition integration reviews. Key responsibilities Support the accounting and reporting processes for Carrier acquisitions and divestitures Assist in drafting accounting work plans and coordinate their execution during divestitures or joint venture reorganizations Perform technical accounting analysis and support annual goodwill and intangibles impairment testing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business 3+ years of experience handling M&A activities (acquisitions and divestitures)
