Description
We are seeking a Full-time Office Assistant for a busy Healthcare agency in Moorpark. We are a fast-paced, friendly, and family-oriented office.
This role is responsible for care coordinator, scheduling and administrative support. We are looking for someone that is a problem solver and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should be comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone with care providers and clients while managing schedules, documenting information, and completing administrative tasks using multiple computer systems.
Work hours are in-person, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure quality care standards are maintained
Maintain client and care provider schedules to ensure continuity of care and alignment with client needs
Resolve scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs as they arise
Review care logs for completeness and accuracy and finalize hours daily for payroll processing
Maintain positive relationships with care providers and clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Communicate with the office team regarding scheduling updates, care provider availability, and reported issues
Assist in improving care coordination and operational procedures when needed
Requirements
Qualifications Needed
Education or previous experience in business administration, office management, or healthcare administration preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and documentation systems
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass Live Scan fingerprint clearance
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
