Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze embedded-control models and calibration strategies using MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Trace complex feature and calibration logic and document system behavior and dependencies.
  • Compare software and calibration versions to identify functional changes and impacts.
  • Develop and validate Boolean formulas for feature ON/OFF identification.
  • Create clear, traceable technical documentation, feature rules, and parameter mappings.
  • Convert manual analysis into structured, repeatable methods and automate activities using MATLAB scripting or similar languages.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support feature validation and calibration assessments.
  • Generic Managerial Skills, If any
  • Diesel engine, aftertreatment, emissions, AECD, or OBD experience
  • Knowledge of CALTERM, CDM, or similar calibration systems
  • Understanding of EGR, SCR, and DPF systems and engineering processesMATLAB scripting or another automation language
  • Feature-rule structuring and parameter mapping for automated identification
