Partnering with a fast-growing, remote-first AI-native cybersecurity vendor on key regional leadership hires across the US. As one of the global leaders within their space, this is an exciting time to join the business after a recent and very successful funding round, taking the company valuation to over $2bn. Their platform is used by organisations of all sizes, from government agencies to Global 100 enterprises, and they are scaling their sales organisation to match. Hiring at both Enterprise and mid-market level, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving new logo acquisition, account expansion, and regional market penetration. This is a hands-on leadership role - coaching through complex, multi-stakeholder deals, engaging CISOs and senior security leaders directly, and driving a channel sales motion with strategic partners.
Responsibilities: Own and execute the regional sales strategy - new logos, expansion, consistent revenue growth. Own key regional customer relationships, engaging CISOs, security leaders, and senior business stakeholders. Hire, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise AEs. Lead deal strategy: account planning, multi-threading, competitive positioning, executive alignment. Co-sell with channel partners to expand reach and accelerate pipeline. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, SE, and Customer Success. Provide regional market and customer insights to inform product strategy, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
Requirements: 3+ years front-line sales management, leading enterprise/mid-market teams in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS.A proven individual track record closing complex, large-ACV, multi-year deals. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent. Strong channel/partner ecosystem experience. Rigorous forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal governance discipline.
