About the role

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a senior recruiter to scale talent in Costa Mesa. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders, and drive hiring strategy in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. This 6-month contract (extendable to 18 months) offers potential conversion to full-time based on performance. You will source candidates, build talent maps, ensure diverse, high-quality hires, and represent Anduril's brand throughout the recruiting process.
