Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Group Supervisors at Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, Nevada Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training and a normalized high school experience, our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.

Pay: Starting at $58,656 per year.

ROP-benefits-perks-2025-ATCS.pdf What you will do: As the Group Supervisor you will be responsible for the implementation of operational programing and supervision of assigned staff such as Youth Counselors, Night Youth Counselors, etc. to ensure the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program. To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Internal applicants must possess 1-year Direct Care experience Must have completed Youth Care 101 and ROP Essential Subjects Training in Operations, Treatment and Human Resources External candidates must have 1-year prior experience working with at-risk youth. Must complete Youth Care 101 Training as well as Operations, Treatment, and Human Resources Essentials Subjects Training within three months of placement in this position Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: 3.5/3.5 Day Shift A Shift – Sunday/Monday/Tuesday ~ 10am – 10pm and Wednesday 10am to 5:30pm B shift – Thursday/Friday/Saturday ~ 10am – 10pm and Wednesday 2:30pm to 10pm After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
