Description:
The Crew Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily staffing operations at a client (manufacturing or supply chain) work site. This role serves as the primary point of contact between KFIWS, the client, and our associate workforce to ensure smooth operations, consistent attendance, strong associate performance, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Crew Supervisor is responsible for associate support, shift coordination, issue resolution, safety compliance, workforce planning, and oversight of associate support services provided by KFIWS, including transportation and housing where applicable. Driving responsibilities of the crew to and from the worksite and housing daily. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are essential for this position, as the role requires frequent communication with a diverse workforce, client leadership, and associates utilizing KFIWS-provided support services. Must have a valid driver's license. Relocation support
