- Product Delivery: Safely transport products from the branch to customer locations, ensuring on-time deliveries and proper handling of goods.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, report any issues, and maintain cleanliness.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction with the delivery process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery notes, customer signatures, and any additional required paperwork.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products, ensuring all items match delivery paperwork and are secured for transport.
- Picking and Packing: Assist with picking and packing customer orders accurately from the warehouse to ensure efficient branch
- Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure safe driving and adherence to company safety policies.
- Experience in a Warehouse environment
- Experience driving delivery vehicles (box trucks, vans, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Willingness to assist with warehouse operations, including order picking, when necessary.
- Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
