About the role
Superhuman seeks an Employment, Executive Compensation & Benefits Counsel to advise across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, partnering with People, Finance, Equity, and business teams.
The role leads wage-hour compliance, investigations, employee benefits and equity programs, and supports M&A work. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will collaborate in person two days a week to foster trust and a strong team culture. You will draft and review employment agreements and policies.
