For additional information about Coty Inc., please visit www.coty.com.PURPOSEThe TPM Project Specialist supports the development and industrialization of innovative Consumer Beauty products through close collaboration with Third-Party Manufacturers, R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management
Manage TPM development activities from briefing through commercialization. Coordinate timelines, risks and deliverables with internal teams and suppliers. Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory and business requirements.
Technical Development: Support formula development, validation and industrialization. Coordinate testing, claims support and technical documentation. Monitor technical performance throughout development.
Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Quality and external manufacturers. Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.3+ years in formulation or cosmetic product development. Experience in color cosmetics preferred. Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
