Traveling Superintendent Summary of Company Our client is an established commercial construction company founded in 1999 and based in Georgia. With over 900 completed projects and licences across multiple southeastern states, our client has built a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships. With a growing presence across the Southeast, our client offers experienced Superintendents the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects within a well-established and respected construction company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day commercial construction activities on site. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Manage project schedules and monitor progress. Read and interpret plans and specifications. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards. Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with Project Managers and clients. Lead site meetings and coordinate multiple trades. Travel to project locations across the Southeast.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site safety. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Package &
