About the role

AI Video Producer Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.
About The Role: This role exists to produce polished, error-free video content using AI‑driven production tools. The producer combines traditional video craft with emerging AI generation platforms to deliver finished work. Work is primarily asynchronous, with tasks completed independently rather than through live meetings. The team is distributed across several countries and time zones. This position suits someone who works well within structured, process‑driven guidelines and requires little oversight.
What You'll Do: Edit video content from raw footage or AI‑generated assets to final delivery. Generate video content using AI platforms such as Runway and Synthesia. Develop storyboards to guide production before filming or generation begins. Mix and balance audio tracks for clarity and consistency across projects.
What We're Looking For: One to five or more years of video production or editing experience. Hands‑on experience with AI video tools, including Runway and Synthesia. Demonstrated storyboarding skills for planning video sequences. Experience with audio mixing for video projects. Strong written English — our company works in English.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
