About the role
Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, the remote Funding Specialist I will train dealers on proper document completion, address inquiries related to program processes, and assist in resolving document issues.
Key responsibilities:
Accurately enter financing documents into the organization's operating system for processing
Review financing documents for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Train dealers on document and funding processes via phone and email
Required qualifications:
High school diploma/GED completed or in progress
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees
