The team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement. Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation. The importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors is a priority- the team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry.
