About the role
Assist the Press Operator to set up orders and learn Press Operator functions
Help maintain ink viscosity and change doctor blades
Help check and maintain print quality
Properly fill out labels, production logs and palletize material
Climbing up and down a flight of stairs on a frequent basis
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly during a work shift
Other duties as required

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months’ experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with little supervision
Strong mechanical skills, basic math skills, and a positive attitude
Able to work 12-hour shifts and a rotational schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
Willingness to adapt quickly to unexpected schedule changes
Must be able to tolerate a seasonally hot and cold work environment
Printing press experience is a plus!
