About the role

Teleworld Solutions in Plano, Texas is seeking an experienced 4G/5G RAN Test Engineer III with 8 to 10+ years of wireless experience to join our engineering team. You will own validation, testing, and optimization of LTE and 5G RAN solutions, analyzing air interface performance and call processing. You will leverage XCAL, QXDM, and Wireshark to troubleshoot network issues, develop robust test cases from 3GPP specs, and produce detailed reports for clients.
