About the role

Lennar seeks a Director of Legal Technology to lead the transformation of its legal function into an AI-native, data-driven operation. You will define roadmaps, govern AI-enabled workflows, and align Legal with IT and Compliance to deliver strategic value at scale. Reporting to the VP of Legal & Compliance Operations, you will build and guide a team, drive multi-platform CLM implementations, and champion process redesign to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
