About the role

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a commercial real estate lease portfolio, ensuring lease terms, critical dates, financial obligations, and tenant/landlord requirements are accurately tracked and managed.
Key Responsibilities: • Review and abstract commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents• Maintain accurate lease data and critical dates within the lease administration system• Track renewals, expirations, options, rent escalations, and other key lease provisions• Review and reconcile CAM, operating expenses, real estate taxes, and other lease-related charges• Monitor rent obligations and ensure accurate billing and payment information• Research and resolve lease discrepancies and interpretation issues• Coordinate with accounting, property management, legal, and other internal teams• Maintain organized and accurate lease documentation and reporting
Qualifications: • Prior commercial real estate lease administration experience required• Strong understanding of commercial lease terminology and financial provisions• Experience with lease abstraction and CAM reconciliations• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency with Excel and lease administration/property management systems
