Position Overview: R. Patrick Blevins - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications: Experience in sales preferred Experience managing client relationships Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Dedicated to customer service Able to anticipate customer needs Able to effectively relate to a customer Must be willing to get licensed If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
