We are looking for (2) Senior Vice President - Business Development responsible for origination of all types of CRE Loans (owner-occupied, investor, construction, SBA 504). Your mission is to drive growth, and create opportunities by connecting borrowers, brokers, and other centers of influence with the financing, resources, and support they need to thrive. Responsible for expanding the institution's loan portfolio by originating, structuring, and closing high-quality CRE loans. This role combines relationship management, market development, and deal sourcing expertise to drive loan production that aligns with the company’s credit and profitability goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loan Origination and Structuring: Source, structure and originate CRE and SBA 504 loans that meet company credit standards
Conduct initial deal qualification including evaluating borrower financials and collateral to ensure the deal fits with the company’s underwriting policy
Partner with underwriting and closing teams to ensure a smooth and timely funding process
Build, maintain and manage a healthy deal pipeline that results in closing 3 – 4 requests per quarter meeting ; meet or exceed quarterly and annual loan production goals
Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities, product enhancements and competitive positioning. Business Development and relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new commercial real estate developers, brokers, other industry professionals and existing clients to generate sales leads and foster long-term partnerships
Leverage existing and new network to produce on a national level.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s loan programs
Educate clients and partners on company loan products and financing options Team collaboration Contribute to development of best practices, training materials and internal processes that enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Work closely with marketing and credit to increase the pipeline size and deal close rate
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with the company’s mission and valuesPEFORMANC METRICSAnnual loan production volume and % of self-sourcing

Client satisfaction and retention ratesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
8+ years of sales experience in the CRE and SBA field. Strong interest in financial service industry and desire to develop a successful career in sales function
Excellent business development, negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data, identify key risk factors, CRE financing structures and make recommendations accordingly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate recommendations effectively.
Self-starter with ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-national environment
Ability to multi-task, solve problems and think quickly.
Eager to learn and has a winning mindset.
Proficient in Ai tools to conduct agentic analysis on transaction and deploy tools to maximize productionCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Competitive base salary plus commission / bonus based on loan production

This is a preference, not a hard requirement, and candidates in other states may still be considered on a case-by-case basis. Remote employees are expected to maintain reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated workspace, and availability during core business hours (Arizona time). Occasional travel to the Peoria, AZ office may be required for team meetings and trainings.
