Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's needs Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and detailed facial grooming Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and grooming goals Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards Stay current on men's grooming trends, techniques, and product knowledge Recommend retail grooming products to enhance the client experience
Requirements:
Valid Pennsylvania Barber or Cosmetology license required Proven experience in barbering, men's cuts, and straight razor shaving Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to build lasting client relationships and grow a personal clientele Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Passion for men's grooming trends and the barbering industry Retail sales experience or willingness to learn product recommendations
