- Evaluate how residents manage dressing, bathing, and other daily activities
- Develop treatment plans with goals that matter to each resident
- Provide therapy for upper body function, coordination, and safe daily routines
- Recommend adaptive equipment and teach residents how to use itDocument progress and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
