About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate operational readiness activities for large-scale strategic initiatives. This is a project management and readiness-coordination role—not a software testing position. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can manage competing priorities, drive deliverables to completion, and maintain alignment across multiple stakeholder groups with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate operational readiness activities, project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
Develop and maintain project plans, readiness trackers, status reports, and leadership presentations.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure owners remain accountable for assigned actions.
Identify potential risks, delays, and readiness gaps and drive them toward resolution.
Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support implementation, cutover, go-live, and post-launch hypercare activities.
Use JIRA and Power BI to track progress, report performance, and improve project visibility.
Qualifications:
At least five years of project management or operational readiness experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex initiatives and deliverables.
Strong stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills.
Advanced PowerPoint presentation-development skills.
Experience using JIRA and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Experience supporting large-scale implementations, operational readiness, cutover, go-live, or hypercare activities is strongly preferred.
Success in this position requires timely delivery, leadership-ready reporting, proactive risk management, and consistent stakeholder alignment.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
