This is a unique position that allows individuals to receive health benefits as an employee while also maintaining 1099 tax status as a direct seller under Section 3508 of the Internal Revenue Code.This opportunity is designed for proven closers who excel in in-home sales presentations, consultative home improvement sales, and are highly motivated by performance-based earnings. Successful individuals are self-directed, professional, and confident in managing their own sales pipeline while delivering a high-quality customer experience.The Outside Sales Consultant travels to pre-scheduled or self-generated in-home appointments with homeowners to present products, deliver custom quotes, and support same-day buying decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointmentsConduct in-home consultations and product demonstrationsPresent and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing, tools, and materialsPerform accurate measurements and complete all required sales documentationUtilize iPads and CRM tools to manage customer information and proposalsMaintain professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales practicesCommunicate effectively with internal teams to support a seamless customer experienceAttend regular sales meetings and training sessionsMaintain availability for 15 or more weekly appointments, including evenings and weekendsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsPrior outside, commission-based sales experience, home improvement preferredStrong closing skills in a consultative, in-home environmentProfessional demeanor with a customer-first mindsetAbility to work evenings and weekendsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and accountableComfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platformsRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferredAbility to maintain a field-based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointmentsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insuranceWillingness to travel within assigned market, typically within a 90-mile radiusCriminal background check requiredStrong math skills and attention to detail for measurements and quotingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as neededCompensation and BenefitsCommission-only compensation structureUncapped earning potentialTop performers historically earn $150,000 to $300,000 or more annually based on performanceWeekly commission payoutsPerformance incentives, recognition programs, and travel rewardsEligibility for select company-sponsored benefit programs, including health-related offerings, subject to plan termsTraining and Readiness All Outside Sales Representatives OSE must complete Sales Certification before independently representing the Company in the field.
