Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering design and project delivery for utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing projects from planning through construction support.
Responsibilities: Lead civil engineering design and delivery of utility-scale solar and energy projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations. Coordinate with clients, contractors, utilities, and regulatory agencies. Oversee permitting, plan processing, and regulatory approvals. Prepare proposals, change orders, budgets, and project invoices. Support business development and identify new project opportunities. Mentor engineering staff and oversee project workflows. Monitor project financial performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design experience. Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience. Experience managing utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
Preferred: ExperienceUtility-scale solar developments. Renewable energy infrastructure. Permitting and agency coordination. Construction support and project delivery. Budget and financial management.
