About the role

Post Closing Team Specialist The Post Closing team provides administrative support associated with preparing loan packages for transfer to the purchasing financial institution. This role will be responsible for providing timely delivery of closing and collateral documents. We are looking for a part time specialist to work 4-5 hours per day Monday Friday. This is an in-office position at 110 E 42nd St, 10th Floor, New York, NY.
What You'll Do:
  • Sort and distribute outgoing mail
  • Process all outgoing envelopes and packages from services such as United Parcel Service and Federal Express, and any overnight delivery
  • Track closed files and documents submitted for recording, update company operating system
  • Scan and index closing documents within loan operating system.
  • Review, log and mail final trailing documents.
  • What You'll BringHigh School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an office environment preferred.

Pay Range: $22.16 - $29.56 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
