About the role

Shipping Supervisor Lycoming Engines seeks a Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of employees in our warehouse operations. This person will be a leader and change agent capable of driving relentless improvement, motivating team members and holding them accountable for safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Responsibilities include: Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, developing, directing, counseling and disciplining bargaining unit personnel in a fair and consistent manner Develop and improve operations towards best in class standards including but not limited to receiving, shipping, inventory control, talent, processes and facilities Supervise bargained personnel to insure efficient manpower utilization and assist with planning Proactively participate in cross-functional efforts and teams to support Lycoming Premier initiatives Administer the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and collaborate with union leaders in the resolution of shop issues Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
