What We Offer:
Hospital Employed with Guaranteed Salary: Transitioning to a wRVU-based model, depending on specialty.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
Pre-operative assessments, intraoperative anesthesia management, and post-operative monitoring.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
Teach, mentor, and guide medical residents and students in clinical settings.
Engage in community outreach to enhance regional healthcare services.
