About the role

About SIGNLDSIGNLD, built by Inzata Analytics, is the Decision Intelligence Platform for growing small and mid-sized businesses. We connect a company's systems into a live Knowledge Graph and deliver sourced answers, not another dashboard. We're building an organic short-form video presence, and we're casting the faces of it.
The role: We're casting contract on-camera talent for a recurring series of short, cinematic, skit-style videos on Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts, and Linked In. Think movie tropes, pop-culture callbacks, and over-the-top genre moments applied to the everyday chaos of running a business. Entertainment first, product second. You'll play recurring characters, help shape the bits, and bring the energy that makes people watch twice.
What you'll do: • Perform on camera as a recurring character in skit and series content• Pitch and punch up hooks, bits, and short scripts with our content team• Self-film with gear we provide, plus occasional in-person shoots (Tampa-area availability is a plus)• Engage with comments and help grow the community around the series What we're looking for• Proven on-camera presence: comedic timing, expressiveness, and the ability to carry a scene in under 30 seconds• Fluent, natural spoken English on camera• Based in the US or UK and able to work as an independent contractor• Fluency in short-form formats and trends on Tik Tok, Reels, and Shorts• Reliable and self-directed; you hit shoot and delivery dates• Nice to have: acting, improv, sketch, or hosting experience; basic editing (Cap Cut, Descript, Premiere, or similar); interest in tech, AI, or startups What we provide• Pay: $150-$250 per finished video. Recurring cast members move to a monthly retainer. Paid-ad usage is compensated separately.• All recording gear: camera, mic, and lighting• Editing tools and subscriptions• Real airtime: your work ships to real audiences and gets measured• Clear talent release and content-usage terms in your contract How to apply (reel required)Applications without on-camera video will not be reviewed. Include ONE of the following: A link to your reel, or 2-3 posts where you're on camera (Tik Tok, IG, You Tube, or an acting/hosting reel), orA 60-second self-tape (phone-shot is fine): introduce yourself, then give us 20 seconds in character as a small-business owner who just discovered the "master spreadsheet" has been wrong for three years. A great 60-second clip beats a great resume. SIGNLD / Inzata is an equal opportunity company. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
