We are currently looking for a dependable, hard-working Full-Time Painterto join our growing team. While our projects are primarily residential, you will also get the chance to tackle some exciting commercial jobs. We believe in hiring great people first. Whether you are a seasoned pro looking for a new home or a motivated beginner eager to learn a valuable trade, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do: As a Painter with us, you will be the hands-on force behind our property transformations. Prepare surfaces: Carefully tape, sand, patch, and prime areas before painting to ensure a flawless finish. Apply coatings: Paint interior and exterior surfaces safely and efficiently on various job sites. Maintain site cleanliness: Keep work areas organized, treat clients' property with respect, and clean up at the end of each day. Collaborate: Work closely with the team to complete projects on time and up to our high quality standards.

What You Bring: We value character just as much as skill. We are looking for a trustworthy individual who takes pride in a job well done. Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation to get to job sites.

Experience: Previous painting experience is highly preferred, but we are completely open to training a trustworthy beginner with a great attitude! Character: You are honest, punctual, and highly reliable. Physical readiness: You have the ability to stand for long periods, safely climb ladders, and perform the physical tasks required of the trade. Compensation & Perks

Excellent Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on your experience (DOE).
