About the role

Amrize in Dundee, MI is seeking a Regional HR Manager to partner with EXCO and functional leaders in shaping human capital plans and strategy. You will address organizational issues, coach managers on people processes, and lead talent development, staffing and performance initiatives. The role requires 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, manufacturing/construction exposure, and union relations familiarity, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Travel 25% is anticipated.
