About the role
Join a Fast-Growing, Collaborative Mental Health Practice Modern Therapy Group is a fast-growing, multi-state mental health practice with 40+ clinicians. We specialize in insurance-based therapy and are expanding into integrated services — including nutrition, wellness, and behavioral health. We're building a collaborative care model where dietitians work directly with therapists to improve client outcomes and retention, and we're looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join that team.
Role Overview:
You'll support clients navigating: Emotional and binge eating Disordered eating patterns Body image concernsADHD-related eating habits General wellness and lifestyle optimization You'll receive consistent referrals from our therapy and intake teams, allowing you to build a full caseload quickly — no marketing required. We have an immediate caseload available (10–20+ referrals/month to start).
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual nutrition counseling sessions Collaborate with therapists on shared clients Develop individualized nutrition plans Complete timely documentation in our EHR (Simple Practice)Maintain high clinical and ethical standards
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential Active license in New York (required)Experience with behavioral health, eating disorders, or wellness preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Location: Remote (must be licensed in NY)
Compensation:
Fee-for-service, $45–$55 per completed session, depending on experience, with performance-based increases tied to caseload volume
