About the role

Salmon Group is hiring a Senior People Operations Specialist to own full-cycle HR support for our international workforce. You will drive automation projects and coordinate with EOR/PEO providers across jurisdictions, ensuring strong HR policies and smooth onboarding, day-to-day relations, and offboarding. You’ll work in a fully remote setup with a focus on scalable, compliant processes, leveraging modern HRIS tools and automation to reduce manual work and improve employee experience.
