Customer Manager Associate

Managing customer relationships remotely, the full-time Associate Customer Manager will drive sales growth and execute sales strategies for assigned retailers through digital communication methods. Key responsibilities Manage and grow assigned AWG accounts through outbound sales calls and virtual meetings Sell promotional programs and distribution initiatives to independent retailers Develop strong relationships with retailer buyers and decision-makers through consistent communication Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Sales, account management, customer service, or telesales experience required Experience with AWG or retail account management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
