About the role

Medallia is seeking a Head of Data Platform & Engineering to own our enterprise data strategy and platform, turning raw data into governed data products that power executive decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role guiding a small team of data engineers and analysts. You will collaborate with GTM, FP&A, and other functions, extend self-service analytics beyond a small group, and drive AI-enabled data solutions across the platform. Tysons (hybrid), onsite 3 days/week.
