OUTDOOR UTILITY TECHFull-Time 6:00AM - 2:00PM2:00PM - 10:00PM$15.00JOB SUMMARYReporting to site leadership, the outdoor utility tech is responsible for delivery of outdoor supplies, trash removal, and various other utility maintenance responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain outdoor areas of property, parking lots, pool areas, stairwells, cobweb removal, washing trash cans, trash bins, and removal of other debris. • Perform various utility maintenance tasks, including external leaf blowing and maintenance cleaning functions • Other duties as may be assigned SUPERVISIONThis position has no supervisory responsibilities REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS PHYSICALThe usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. The job typically requires 10% sitting, 40% walking, and 50% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations while exposed to the elements and some hazardous conditions. Job requires employee who is able to lift 50 pounds or more.
