Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Physician specializing in Nephrology to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, electrolyte imbalances, hypertension, and end-stage renal disease. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive care, innovative treatment approaches, and collaborative clinical practices. JOB DUTIES: Conduct thorough patient assessments including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations specific to nephrology. Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication management, dialysis coordination, and lifestyle modifications. Manage inpatient and outpatient nephrology cases across various settings, ensuring continuity of care. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and other EMR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiology for medical imaging interpretation, cardiology for cardiovascular-nephrology overlap, and endocrinology for metabolic disorders. Educate patients on disease management strategies including nutrition, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes to optimize health outcomes. Target start date: July / Aug 2027
