The Opportunity They're seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our global Total Rewards team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top-tier talent across our global offices. You'll play a key role in driving data-informed decisions and aligning compensation programs with firm-wide business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic compensation guidance across all business units and geographies. Analyze market trends and benchmark compensation data to inform base salary, bonus, and equity program recommendations. Support the design and implementation of annual compensation processes, including year-end reviews, bonus planning, and long-term incentive modeling. Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, analytics, and reporting to drive insight and visibility for senior leadership.Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and evolving best practices. Contribute to compensation-related communications and education efforts across the firm. What You Bring 2-5 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or financial analysis — ideally within financial services, consulting, or high-growth global firms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and compensation platforms a plus. Solid understanding of compensation theory, benchmarking, and regulatory considerations. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion with sensitive data. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
