About the role
Rippling seeks a Carrier Connection Associate to manage post-production discrepancies reported by clients and insurance carriers. You will troubleshoot data transmission issues, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing of electronic transactions. You will work with carriers, clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate Rippling data aligns with carrier partners, requiring strong attention to detail and process
