Operations Administrator - WeeknightsTitle: Operations Administrator - WeeknightsLocation: Blue Bell, PA 19422Job Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $21.00/hrShifts: Weekdays, Evenings/Nights, AfternoonsDescriptionPosition Location: Blue Bell, PA - (ON-SITE Position) (Full Time) Monday - Friday 1PM to 9PM Pay Rate: $21.00/hr Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain dependable and available workforce based on client needs;Assist Scheduling and Operations with the coordination of employee shifts;Create and modify shifts in the scheduling software;Communicate with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;Keep Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs;Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of administrative experience supporting operations (preferred);Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;Must be able to pass background proceedings and drug screening.Benefits include: Medical, dental, short and long term disability, paid holidays and time off, 401K.Together we can accomplish a job worth doing, and a success worth reaching.
