Analyst Position at RBC Real Estate Capital PartnersRBC Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) is a leading provider of debt capital to premier, institutional real estate sponsors. RECP's mandate is to originate debt secured by stabilized and transitional assets across all major commercial real estate asset classes, in both single asset and portfolio investments. RECP acts as principal, deploying RBC Capital Markets' balance sheet by originating senior mortgage, mezzanine, loan-on-loan, and revolving facilities. RECP focuses on core and major regional markets in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada. With a small team of dedicated professionals in Dallas and London, over the past decade RECP has participated in over $42 billion of mortgage, mezzanine and loan-on-loan financings.
The Opportunity: The Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a sub-portfolio of 20-25 loan positions held within the Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP), Dallas loan portfolio. In addition to the specific loan level management activities, the Analyst will work with the Head of Asset Management and RECP Regional Head to prepare and provide portfolio level reporting, analysis and updates to key internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, RECP Management Committee, Global Risk Management, Global Credit, Boards and Committees, and Regulatory Bodies. The Asset Manager will be the primary point of contact for back-office functions with respect to specific loan positions and underlying You Will DoAct as Point of Contact for Clients on Outstanding Loans Review Draw Requests and coordinate Disbursements Loan & Asset Performance Tracking Bank Syndicate Management Produce Quarterly Asset and Portfolio Reporting Review Lease Approval Requests Monitor Borrower Reporting Financial Spreading Manage Asset Releases Back-office Liaison Oxane Database Management Covenant Compliance Monitoring Reserve Management and Tracking Produce Board Reporting Monthly Waterfall Management Manage the Portfolio Data Tape Produce Ad Hoc Portfolio Presentations and Reporting Regulatory Reporting Maturity and Extension Monitoring What Do You Need To Succeed? Prior work experience (full-time or internship(s)) that provide experience related to the role, such as roles working in commercial real estate, real estate lending, investment banking, and/or finance Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Strong Excel and Power Point skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Argus experience or training (nice to have)

The expected salary range for this particular position is $110,000 - $135,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
